Elixir of Celerity

A powerful Concoction that grants a considerable boost in physical reflexes and speed, this Elixir does not, unfortunately, accelerate the user’s time sense. The imbiber may take eight seconds of actions on each of their turns, instead of the usual six. However, their turn is still only six actual seconds long; they simply perform all actions more quickly. The Elixir will persist for twelve turns.

Increased Complexity: At Complexity 5, the Elixir will persist until the end of the current encounter.
