• Primary Effect: 2d10 Cold damage (Agility save vs TN 15 for half).
• Splash Effect: 2d4 Cold damage (Agility save vs TN 12 for half).

Increased Complexity: For each additional level of Complexity, add 1d10 Cold damage to the Primary Effect, and 1d4 Cold damage to the Splash Effect.
