You can close distance to continue your assault. When you spend the Stamina to activate Cleave, you may choose a second foe who is within 2 meters of you (instead of only adjacent). Before making the Cleave Strike or Pummel, you may Step as a free action, provided the Step moves you toward the chosen foe.
Special: You still cannot make a second Cleave if you drop the second foe. However, if you do drop the second foe, you may spend 1 Stamina to Step as a free action, as long as the Step brings you closer to another foe.
