Skill: Intimidation (Trained).
You attempt to frighten an enemy with a threatening display or menacing words. Roll Intimidation against the target's passive Will defence.
Success: The foe gains the Frightened condition (save ends). If they were already Frightened, they become Panicked (save ends).
Failure: The foe is unaffected and is not intimidated by your actions, but you did at least draw their attention. They suffer a -1 penalty to their passive Reflex defence against the next attack made by anybody other than yourself before the end of your next turn.
