Broken

This condition is applied to an object, instead of a character. The object is damaged, and harder to use for its intended purpose. If the object was a piece of armour, its Maximum Agility is decreased one step, and its Skill Penalty is worsened one step; otherwise, the item inflicts slight on any attempt to use it.

Special: If an object receives this condition a second time, it instead becomes Damaged. If a Damaged item receives this condition, it becomes Destroyed.
