You point out a foe and declare your intention to end their life.  That foe becomes Marked by you, if you have any abilities that take advantage of a Mark.  Attacks against the Marked foe ignore Concealment, and inflict +1 damage per die of damage rolled.  At the start of your turn, you may Shift one meter towards the foe as a free action.

This spell persists until the target dies, until you Mark a different target, or until the combat ends.
