With a single touch, you wither and decay the target's body.  This horrific spell requires a touch attack made by rolling your Spellcasting Skill TN vs. the foe's Agility defence.
  * **Hit**:  The foe takes 3d6+Charisma Vitality damage, and gains one level of [[unbound:conditions:Enfeebled]] //permanently//.
  * **Miss**:  You may choose to inflict 1d6+Charisma Vitality damage to the creature, but if you do so, you provoke a Counterattack from that foe.

Due to their immortality, Elves are completely immune to this spell.  Old age does //not// come to Elves.
