This light mimics the illumination of a full moon, potentially affecting creatures within it as such.  Whenever you [[unbound:actions:sustain_a_spell|Sustain this Spell]], you may move the spotlight to any area within ten meters of yourself.

When a Wraith is caught within a Moonbeam spell, it must make an Agility saving throw against your Spellcasting skill TN.
  * **Success**:  The Wraith is burned for 1d4+Charisma Vital damage, and may [[unbound:actions:Shift]] up to twice to remove itself from the Moonbeam.
  * **Failure**:  The Wraith is burned for 3d4+Charisma Vital damage.
