This spell restores both [[unbound:rules:health_and_damage#hit points]] and [[unbound:characters:statistics#stamina]].  The target of this spell may spend a [[unbound:characters:statistics#recovery]] and recover 5d6 stamina points, plus an amount of hit points equal to your Spellcasting skill bonus.  If the stamina healing would put them at full stamina, excess healing is then applied to their hit points of damage.
