====== Curse of Unpredictable Failure ====== ^Power: |2| ^Casting Time: |Complex Action| ^Range: |10 meters| ^Target: |One Creature| ^Duration: |Permanent (Curse)| ^Provokes: |[[unbound:actions:Counterattack]]| A creature that you target becomes cursed with misfortune. Any attempt to perform a skill check has a chance to fail, typically due to some external factor that could not possibly have been predicted---the target slipped on a wet patch of ground, a squirrel hurls a nut at them at a critical juncture, the target fumbles and drops a vital tool...something random, preferably amusing, but never in and of itself harmful. However, the upshot of such random occurrences is that while under this curse, any time the target performs a skill check---including attack rolls---if either of the dice rolled come up showing a ten, that ten is treated as a zero. **Curse**: This spell is permanent, but can be cancelled by anything that can remove a curse.
