You curse a foe with a potent misfortune effect.  The target of this spell suffers [[unbound:dice#slight]] on all skill checks so long as this curse remains in effect.  This is a more powerful variant of the [[unbound:magic:spells:Curse of Unpredictable Failure]];  a target cannot suffer from both simultaneously, and this spell will supersede the [[unbound:magic:spells:Curse of Unpredictable Failure]].

**Curse**:  This effect is permanent, but can be removed with any effect that counters a curse.
