This spell restores [[unbound:characters:statistics#stamina]] and boosts the resolve of the target.  The target of this spell may spend a [[unbound:characters:statistics#recovery]] and recover 3d6 stamina points plus an amount equal to your Spellcasting skill bonus.  If this would put them at full stamina, excess healing is then applied to their hit points of damage.

The next time that the target of this spell makes a [[unbound:conditions:conditions#saving throw]] before the end of the current encounter, they take [[unbound:dice#favour]] on that saving throw.
