The key ingredient in this Concoction is a rare plant found along the shores of the Calyxia Sea.  This plant does not keep well, and so the ingredients cost of this Tincture is 40sp in Meridia, Farinaku or Arviss.  When added to a flask of water and then drunk, this Powder will alter the imbiber to a more aquatic form.  They will gain webbed fingers, their toes will elongate and likewise become webbed, and they grow gills.  They gain a Swim speed equal to their normal speed, and can breathe underwater---but lose the ability to breathe air!  Like all Powders, it takes a full minute to take effect, time that the user is advised to make themselves ready.

The Tincture of Gills will last for six hours.

**Increased Complexity**:  Each additional level of Complexity will extend the duration of the Tincture of Gills by three hours.
