With a voice that resonates with the authority of your deity, you declare a cessation of arms. Your pronouncement carries the weight of a higher power, forcing even the most bloodthirsty to pause and consider the consequences of defying your divine mandate.

You may spend one Recovery to end a combat encounter.  All combatants cease hostilities, and cannot engage in battle for at least one full minute.  This can be sufficient time for others to parley and work out a long-term peace.  This effect will only work on sapient creatures;  it has no effect on animals, plants, constructs or the like.
