At the moment of battle, you exhort your allies forward with a single inspiring word.  When Initiative is rolled, you may make a Diplomacy skill check against a TN of 14.
  * **Success**:  You and all allies may [[unbound:actions:Step]] three times as a free action.
  * **Failure**:  You and all allies may [[unbound:actions:Step]] once as a free action.
