Through cunning manipulation or persuasive rhetoric, you bend the will of your foes to your own ends.  Choose a foe that you can see within fifteen meters.  Spend three Focus and roll Deception or Diplomacy vs. the foe's Foresight defence.
  * **Success**:  The foe is [[unbound:conditions:Charmed]] by you until the end of the encounter.
  * **Failure**:  The foe is [[unbound:conditions:Charmed]] by you until the end of your next turn.
