====== Blinding Strike ======

Be it sand in the eyes or a cut on the brow, your strike was calculated to leave your foe blind.  When you strike a foe and inflict damage, you may expend one point of Focus.  If you do so, the target that you struck becomes [[unbound:conditions:Blinded]] 
until the end of that target's next turn.
