====== Covering Strikes ======

Your attacks against a foe will distract them, making it more difficult for them to harm your allies.  When you make an attack against a foe, **hit** or **miss**, that foe suffers slight on attack rolls against any of your allies.  This effect only applies to the foe you most recently attacked.
