You declare your intent to assist another person.  Name the ally that you wish to assist, and roll and [[nexusframe:rules:reserved_dice|reserve]] two dice.

When the ally takes an action, they may choose to use one of your two reserved dice as though they had rolled it.  If their action requires a skill in which you are not trained, they may not take the higher of the two reserved dice (though they may always elect to take neither).
