====== Homing Spell ======

Your spells are more accurate, twisting and weaving to strike their target.  When you [[legacy:rules:actions:Cast a Spell]], you may choose to spend one additional mana in order to make the spell Homing.  You gain favour on your attempt to Cast the Spell, and the spell ignores any cover or concealment that the target may have.
