**Requires**:  [[legacy:characters:background:artificer|Artificer]] background, the ability to cast spells

You have studied the means of tying a spell to a physical object.  At this early stage, you can only create either wands or scrolls, but it's a start.

Choose either [[legacy:traits:Craft Wand]] or [[legacy:traits:Scribe Scroll]] and add it to your character sheet.

Whenever you attempt to craft a magical item and roll a failure, you gain twice as much progress as you normally would on a failure.
