Within your specialties, you naturally find it much easier to remember important information.  When you [[legacy:rules:actions:Recall Information]] within one of your Lore specialties, if the total result of the dice roll is less than 10 (before any bonuses), treat the result as a 10. This ensures that, even with poor rolls, you will always have a minimum level of success when recalling information in areas you're specialized in.
