====== Assess Foe ======

**Requires**:  Trained in [[legacy:skills:Lore]].\\
**Time Required**:  Free Action.\\
**Trigger**:  You attack a foe in combat.

Every attack is an opportunity to glean knowledge about your adversary.  When you attempt an attack against a foe, **hit** or **miss**, you may attempt to [[legacy:rules:actions:Recall Information]] about that foe as a free action.  Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again until the start of your next turn.
