When the party elects to Take a Short Rest, they spend one hour recovering their strength.  Each party member may take one hour of personal time to do things such as [[legacy:rules:actions:Forge a Document]], [[legacy:rules:actions:Impersonate Another]], [[legacy:rules:actions:Repair An Item]] or---most commonly---[[legacy:rules:actions:Recover Stamina]].
