====== Shared Community Gaming License v1.0 ======

The Shared Community Gaming License is intended to ensure that game rules and related materials designated as Shared Community Game Content remain perpetually free to use, copy, modify, and distribute. This License cannot be revoked, rescinded, or retroactively restricted. All contributors and users of Shared Community Game Content share equally in these rights, in the spirit of open collaboration and community creativity.

  - Definitions:
    - "Contributors" refers to the owners of copyrights and/or trademarks who have contributed content to the Shared Community Game.
    - "Derivative Material" means material that is protected by copyright, including works derived from others and translations (even into other programming languages), along with adaptations, modifications, corrections, extensions, improvements, compilations, summaries, or other versions that alter the original work.
    - "Distribute" refers to the act of reproducing, licensing, renting, leasing, selling, broadcasting, publicly displaying, transmitting, or otherwise sharing the material.
    - "Shared Community Game Content" refers to the game mechanics, including methods, procedures, processes, and systems, and are seen as improvements over pre-existing content. It also includes any new content that is clearly marked as Shared Community Game Content by the Contributor, as well as translations and derivative works that fall under copyright law.
    - "Trademark" means any logo, name, design, or symbol used by a Contributor to distinguish themselves or their products, including any products contributed under this License.
    - "Use", "Used" or "Using" means to utilize, distribute, copy, edit, reformat, modify, translate, or otherwise create derivative works based on the Shared Community Game Content.
    - "You" or "Your" refers to the licensee who agrees to these terms.
  - This License governs all Shared Community Game Content that includes a statement specifying that it can only be Used according to the terms of this License. You are required to include such a notice on any Shared Community Game Content that you Use. No additional terms can be added to or removed from this License, except as permitted within the License itself. Furthermore, no other terms or conditions may be imposed on any Shared Community Game Content that is distributed under this License.
