The action required to perform this act depends on the creature's level, as outlined on the table below. ^ Level ^ Action ^ TN ^ | 2 | 1 minute | 14 | | 3 | Complex | 16 | | 4 | Simple | 18 | | 5 | Quick | 20 | After executing the action, the target of the creature's power must make a Charisma saving throw against the listed TN. * **Success**: The target is unaffected, but is also unaware that they were the target of this effect. * **Failure**: The target becomes Charmed. They can only attempt to save off this condition if the foe does something to harm the target. ===== Upgrade ===== At Level 4, this feature may be taken again. If this is done, the target of this power becomes Dominated, rather than Charmed.
