====== Deadly Shot ======

With careful aim, the foe puts an arrow where it will deal the most damage.  As a complex action, the foe may spend one Power point and make an attack roll.
  * **Hit**:  6[W] + Dexterity damage.  The damage dice increase to 7[W] at Level 4 and to 8[W] at Level 5.
  * **Miss**:  2[W] + Dexterity damage.
