====== Time Dilation ======

You alter the flow of time around a number of creatures, causing it to move faster or slower for those creatures.  Choose a number of creatures in your range equal to your Spellcasting skill training ranks.  Then choose one of the following options.
  * The affected creatures lose two seconds at the start of each of their turns;
  * The affected creatures gain two seconds at the start of each of their turns.

All creatures must be affected equally;  you cannot slow foes at the same time you quicken allies.  You may choose yourself among the list of targets.  Any creature that starts its turn further than ten meters from you is no longer affected by the spell, and cannot be re-affected when you [[unbound:actions:sustain_a_spell|Sustain the Spell]].
