====== Phantom Noise ======

You project a noise a distance away.  You can cause any noise that you have ever heard to emit from a point as far away as up to ten meters per Level.  The sound can last up to six seconds---one full round---but if you [[unbound:actions:sustain_a_spell|Sustain the Spell]], you can continue it for the duration of the spell.  You can also attempt to create any sound you can imagine, but if you do so, your Spellcasting skill is equal to the //lower// of your usual Spellcasting skill, or your Performance skill.
  * **Success**:  You cause the sound to be created.  If it includes speech, that speech is understandable.
  * **Failure**:  The noise is obviously fake in some way.  If it includes speech, that speech cannot be understood by any creature.
