You summon a low table and cushions, capable of seating six creatures, and covered in food.  The food is of remarkable quality, with delicacies from across the Realms.  But more importantly, it is magically infused.  The table and its food will remain for two hours, after which it will vanish, and this spell is best used when the party Takes a Rest.

Up to six creatures may partake in the meal, and each must spend an hour eating and resting in order to gain its benefits.  A creature who does so gains the following benefits:
  * They roll 3d6, plus 1d6 per point of Body.  (Yes, you lose one die if your Body is -1.)  They recover stamina equal to the total rolled.  Excess healing does //not// go to hit points.
  * They regain one recovery.
  * They are considered to have eaten today, and tomorrow as well, as the food is //very// nourishing.

No character can gain any benefits from eating more than their share, and they cannot gain the benefits of this spell on the next day either.
