Despite its very short casting time, this spell requires that you maintain concentration on a single target, and because of this, casting any other spell immediately ends this spell, cancelling its effects outright.  Your gaze causes confusion in the target, distracting them at a critical juncture.  The target must make an Education saving throw against your Spellcasting skill TN.
  * **Success**:  The target is unaffected.
  * **Failure**:  The target suffers slight on any skill check based on Charisma, Education or Foresight until the end of their next turn.

This spell is very subtle, and the target is unaware that it is being cast unless //both// dice on their saving throw come up showing a ten.
