====== Incite Panic ======

In a flash of fury, you hurl a primal challenge into the air. The war cry erupts with a raw, unbridled power, catching your foes off guard. The very air vibrates with your rage, and a wave of terror washes over them. Some may try to stand their ground, but others crumble instantly, their minds overwhelmed by your sudden outburst.

You unleash your Battle Cry within a Close Burst 5.  All foes within the area must make a Charisma save vs. your Intimidation TN.
  * **Success**:  The foe becomes [[unbound:conditions:Panicked]] (save ends).
  * **Failure**:  The foe becomes [[unbound:conditions:frightened|Frightened]] (save ends).

Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again this encounter.  You may expend three Rage to recharge this ability.
