====== Break Free ======

**Skill**:  Varies (Untrained)

When you are [[unbound:conditions:Grappled]], [[unbound:conditions:Immobilized]] or [[unbound:conditions:Pinned]], you can use this action to attempt to break free.  When you are Pinned, this is the //only// action you can take.

You may roll your [[unbound:skills:Acrobatics]], [[unbound:skills:Athletics]] or---if you are Grappled---your [[unbound:skills:unarmed|Unarmed Combat]].  The TN will be given by the source of the Condition.
  * **Success**:  The Condition ends, and you may [[unbound:actions:Step]] one meter as a free action.
  * **Failure**:  The Condition does not end.

Pinned in the webs of a Giant Spider, Sir Roland has no action that he can take except to try to Break Free.  He is untrained in Acrobatics or Athletics, but because this action is marked Untrained, he still gets to roll without slight.  The Giant Spider's webs have a TN of 13 to Break Free.  He rolls his Athletics and gets a 16.  He rips himself free, and gets to [[unbound:actions:Step]] away from the webs.
