-You have made contacts within a noble house, a powerful guild, a Temple, or some other organization.  Work with your Director on the exact details of your Patron.  If you didn't start with this as part of your Back-Story, your new Patron must be some powerful individual or organization with whom you have worked in the past.
-Once per Story, you may request aid of your Patron.  The Director will determine if the Patron's interests are served by the Story, and may grant you aid of some sort based on this decision.  Such aid might be a powerful spell, a moderate amount of money, or some special piece of equipment.
-Your Patron also has a call upon your talents, however!  The Director might have your Patron request that you undertake some task.  Refusal can cost you loss of Prestige or access to your Patron's benefits.
