-With four fresh shiny Milestones available, Kioni decides it's well past time to get some decent armour.  The one thing holding her back from doing so is her low Body score.  She chooses to Upgrade her Character during the party's next Long Rest, and selects the Attribute improvement.  She places one in her Body, bringing it up to +1, and one in her Foresight---her lack of such has also caused her some problems.
-Aria, on the other hand, is more concerned about her lack of stamina.  She selects Physical Training and increases her stamina by four (base five plus her Body of -1) and her recoveries by one.  As an additional benefit, because she has the Spell Research Mage feature, she also gets to add a new Power 1 spell to her spell book!
