 Aria, on the other hand, is more concerned about her lack of stamina.  She selects Physical Training and increases her stamina by four (base five plus her Body of -1) and her recoveries by one.  As an additional benefit, because she has the Spell Research Mage feature, she also gets to add a new Power 1 spell to her spell book!
