-Information about the Baron's true identity is not only rare, it's also being suppressed, so the TN to discover this information is a total of 22.  Both Aurelia and Aria decide to spend four hours each trying to determine who exactly the Baron is.  Four hours reduces the TN to an 18---still on the high side.
