 Crafting is a versatile skill that allows characters to create a wide range of items, from simple tools to complex devices. With a successful Crafting check, a character can create an item that meets the requirements of the task, such as a crude tool, a piece of furniture, or a complex device. The Crafting skill is also used to repair and maintain existing items, allowing characters to fix broken tools, mend torn fabric, or restore damaged equipment.
 Obviously, you would use this skill when [[legacy:rules:actions:craft_an_item|Crafting an Item]] or [[legacy:rules:actions:repair_an_item|Repairing An Item]], but you can also use it to [[legacy:rules:actions:Recall Information]] about any artifact.  If you are attempting to [[legacy:rules:actions:Forge a Document]], you roll the //lower// of your Crafting and [[legacy:skills:deception]] skills.
