 The standard Orc Soldier might not be the easiest to get along with, but they are solidly committed to the Orcish way of life.  They employ cleverly-balanced throwing maces, that can be hurled a remarkable distance or used in melee, and typically carry four of them at a time.  They will hurl them until they close to melee range, and then bring their shield into play.
