-The foe carries a nasty disease!  A character who takes hit points of damage from the foe (and survives) acquires the disease.  The infected character does not regain recoveries when they Take a Rest of any sort.  The character must [[unbound:actions:take_down_time|Take Down Time]] and do nothing during that time but rest in bed.  At the end of their Down Time, the infected character may make a Body saving throw (against a TN of 12, as per usual) to attempt to throw off the disease.
